It might be quite disheartening for all the One Plus fans to acknowledge that there might not be any launch of the smartphone from the OnePlus 8T series code-named kabab-2 as per Mr.Max J’s tweet. However, there is not all hopelessness about it for it is rumored to launch under a single flagship of OnePlus, without the pro model as such.

Codenamed, ‘Kebab2‘ with a no sign-on top, whether this cryptic tweet is indicating One Plus 8T Pro or not is not yet confirmed and might even turn out to be false later. However, we can’t discard it totally, considering the minimal possibility of it to turn out to be true, coming from a renowned tipster like Max J.

For those who had been eagerly waiting for this phone to launch might be aware of the exclusive features that this model would include such as:

This 6.78” 8T pro offers 1440 x 3168 pixels of resolution, Fluid AMOLED capacitiveHDR10+ touchscreen with a refresh rate of 128Hz for quicker animation.

Known for its brilliant camera capacity, this model turns out to be very advanced. It features a quad set up of rear camera varying as 48 MP, f/1.8, 25mm (wide), 1/1.43″, 1.12µm, omnidirectional PDAF, Laser AF, OIS 8 MP, f/2.4, (telephoto), 1/1.0µm, PDAF, OIS. Storage:

The smart mobile is powered by Android 10, OxygenOS 10.0 Operating System, and runs on Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865 chipset. The CPU is Octa-core (1 x 2.84 GHz Kryo 585 & 3 x 2.42 GHz Kryo 585 & 4 x 1.8 GHz Kryo 585); whereas the GPU features Adreno 650. It further has an internal storage-specific of 8 GB RAM/ 128 GB and 12GB RAM/ 256 GB respectively.

Running on a 4510 mAh of battery it supports 30 Watts of faster charging with almost 50% charging completion in twenty-three minutes. The model was supposed to arrive in variants of Glacial Green, Ultramarine Blue, and Onyx Black with a price range of 724.52$.

However, due to the onset of the pandemic, the launch got delayed and was substituted by the launch of other OnePlus models. So far no official news has come out to confirm anything and the upcoming launch rests in due. However, with Max. J’s post, things turned out to be a little different, especially for the OnePlus fans and all we can do is wait for any official announcement for a further conclusion.
