Today Xiaomi Games announced in its blog that Xiaomi game super member subscription service has been launched. It comes with a variety of privileges among them it should be separately mentioned that to make the first purchase one only needs 20 yuan and it opens up 7 privileges. Users can also send 60 yuan per month without a coupon.

The subscription for the super member is priced at 45 yuan/ month and services such as the membership privileges package, exclusive customer service, millet music members, and other privileges are included in that monthly package. This sounds similar to Apple’s game subscription service, Apple Arcade. Previously, Xiaomi Game Platform had launched a VIP membership growth system combined with the current membership subscription service.

According to Xiaomi, in the future, many more gaming labels will be added to their collection of games, and the users of this subscription pack can play the paid games for free. The users will also be rewarded with exclusive gift packages. At this moment, the company does not have exclusive games of its own. Rest assured will be adding games in the future. This means that the company is looking into building up its own gaming content platform. This super member will have the right to choose the kind of content they see or use. Keeping this in mind, the Xiaomi super member provides quality service with high benefits for a small price.

However, if a comparison is made between Apple Arcade and the Xiaomi game super member, the latter may fall short of a few things. Xiaomi lacks the content partners which Apple has 35 in numbers. If Xiaomi is to attract more customers, they need to expand their horizon and start looking to appoint other studios that develop mobile games to develop Xiaomi’s gaming platform. Till then Xiaomi has a long way to go.
