Those pictures which have surfaced on Weibo reveal some key details and features about its upcoming product which is a smartwatch. The upcoming Xiaomi Amazfit IoTĀ smartwatchĀ looks very promising. However, the earlier smart smartwatches by Huami had an ugly-looking design. But the new smartwatch has a sporty look.
The dial of the watch is made of plastic and comes with an orange-colored home button. The company has named its new watch an IoT smartwatch. It will be priced at 1199 Yuan or approximately Rs 12,575/$175. Even though the company has not confirmed anything about the watchās features, it is expected that the users can control their smart devices using this Amazfit smartwatch. A couple of months back, Xiaomi also launched a fitness tracker that can control devices running on the Mijia platform.
It is also expected that the upcoming Amazfit smartwatch will control only Mijia products. It will also be equipped with Xiao AI or Xiaomiās voice assistant for the Chinese market. Since it is priced at a really low price, it is unlikely that any company would offer LTE support to make it completely work as a standalone device.
