Huawei’s sub-brand, Honor launched it’s fitness Band 5 for the first time in China last month along with Honor 9X and now it is going up in the Indian market for sale at the reasonable price of INR 2,599 via Flipkart. This fitness band includes AMOLED color display, blood oxygen level sensor and has a battery life up to 14 days maximum. The band weighs only about 22 grams and comes in three variant colors- Meteorite Black, Midnight Navy, and Coral Pink.

The Honor Band 5 India has a 0.95 inch AMOLED (240X120 pixels) color display along with 282 PPI and 2.5D glass. This fitness tracker is dust and water-resistant therefore it can endure water up to 50 meters or sweat during more intense activities or workout. The battery capacity is 100 mAh and has a life of 14 days. Honor Band 5 India can also be used for answering calls, messaging purposes and viewing notifications.
This unique Band has TruSleep for tracking the quality of sleep, swim stroke recognition using the six-axis gyroscope and distinct fitness modes eg. running, cycling, swimming, free training, elliptical, etc. The feature that makes the band special is the blood oxygen level sensor through pulse oximetry and it shows the level of SpO2 or oxygen saturation in the blood.
The Honor Band 5 India even has a PPG heart rate sensor for continuous pulse checking, sleep monitor that can detect six types of sleeping problems.
