Do u love Pokemon Go? Wait, you need to check the version of your phone. Make sure that it is not a 32-bit Android phone. Because if your phone is 32 bit then in that case, you will no longer be able to use your favorite Pokemon Go anymore.

The official website of Pokemon on 9 June 2020 has informed to all its users that after the next update in August, the users who play Pokemon Go in 32-bit mobile phones, have to switch to 64-bit mobile phones. This is because team Pokemon wants to streamline their development process and focus on resources about supporting newer operating systems and technologies.

So if you are an iOS user or 64 bit Android phone user, then you need not be worried. To ease your worries let's actually know which all phones will not feature this game anymore.

  • Samsung Galaxy S4, S5, Note 3, J3
  • Sony Xperia Z2, Z3
  • Motorola Moto G (1st generation)
  • Many Android devices released before 2015

Now you know if you will be affected by the update or not. Also, a pro tip for you all if your phone is on the list and you want to continue playing this game. Save your Pokemon account information and password somewhere permanent so that if you shift from your current phone then you don't let go of your earlier scores.

In case playing your favorite Pokemon Go, make sure that you maintain the rules and regulations to adhere to the safety standards of pandemic-hit surroundings.
