On Thursday, July 21, Pokemon Unite will mark a year since its release. To celebrate the anniversary, the Pokemon Company today unveiled a schedule of thrilling additions and events that will be occurring, along with the arrival of new Pokemon, in their celebratory events trailer.

What is the date for the Pokemon Unite first anniversary?

The anniversary celebration event for Pokemon Unite will begin on July 21. By checking in Pokemon Unite on straight days, gamers will have the opportunity to get five free Pokemon and Holowear attire. By merely checking in on successive days from July 21 to October 12th, players will receive Pikachu, Lucario, Blastoise, and other pokemon.

Glaceon, Buzzwole, and Tyranitar are the three new Pokemon that will be added to Pokemon Unite in the upcoming weeks. Additional Pokemon will be added in September. The very first Pokemon to be included in Pokemon Unite is Glaceon, which will appear on July 21.

By completing in-game activities and goals, individuals can obtain Glaceon for free. Further, the developers have stated that Tyranitar will be made available on August 16 and that Buzzwole will be added on August 4, while three additional Pokemon will be included later in September.

Players can earn a Pokemon Unite license and Holowear when they log in for up to five days during the event. To acquire the following rewards, players should check in to Pokemon UNITE for five days between July 2 and October 12:

  • Day-1: Pikachu & Fashionable Style: Pikachu
  • Day-2: Lucario & Concert Style: Lucario
  • Day-3: Blastoise & Firefighter Style: Blastoise
  • Day-4: Snorlax & Bedtime Style: Snorlax
  • Day-5: Sylveon & Checkered Style: Sylveon

New mode: Boss Rush

Players can participate in the Pokemon Unite’s first ever PvE battle mode called “Boss Rush.” In Boss Rush, players should work together to take out formidable bosses and gain exhilarating prizes. They have to fight smartly and aggressively because the better the results for their Unite squad, the bigger will be the prizes. Boss Rush will be accessible for the course of the anniversary celebration at three separate times:

  • July 21, 2022, to July 24, 2022
  • July 31, 2022, to August 7, 2022
  • August 14, 2022, to August 21, 2022
