An unannounced PS5 sci-fi title’s pre-alpha gameplay video has been leaked online. XDev, a Sony company in Europe, is reportedly working with an unknown outside team to create the game.
According to a post on the IconEra forums, a new unknown PS5 Sci-fi game is reportedly in development. Popular leaker Dusk Golem later added extra detail to the Unreal Engine 5 oozing game leak after it was first reported.
He claimed to have data-mined further information on the game, with fully spoken characters and music created especially for it. He asserts that the status of the game is considerably better than the leaked footage shows. In addition, he expressed excitement for the time when the game will be officially revealed and the developer will be able to properly reveal it to the audience.
Although the PS5 new Sci-fi game leak comes from an unexpected source, it has been verified by reputable sources, proving that it should be genuine. It’s really no surprise that Sony is working on a number of possibly exclusive games and brand-new IPs, but so far it has been unable to get any details about these projects.

In the leaked footage of the PS5 game, a player with a weapon is seen searching an alien landscape as some gigantic beast climbs a massive structure in the background. Although the protagonist’s purpose isn’t entirely clear, the general scenario hints that the player would be placed in the middle of a burnt-out planet populated by horrific aliens.
Though apart from the leaked gameplay footage of the new PlayStation Sci-fi game there isn’t much more information available at this time. Until we know anything more about the game, it will probably take some time, and by the time it is ultimately unveiled, it may have undergone significant changes.
