At a new global launch conference held today, Motorola has officially announced the Moto Watch 70 along with the Watch 200 smartwatches. In November last year, the two devices were first listed on Best Buy Canada with their key specs and pricing revealed. 

In a recent tweet from the popular tipster Mukul Sharma, has confirmed the official announcement of the duo wearable devices. With the specifications and design images, the tipster noted that the wearable devices have been announced, but the price is yet to be revealed.

Unlike the Watch 200 which brings a few more premium specs including an AMOLED display and Bluetooth calling, the Moto Watch 70 is an entry-level smartwatch with a focus on the usual health and activity tracking features. Now, let’s take a tour of the devices.

The Moto Watch 70

The Moto Watch 70 is a more affordable option that still packs a lot of features. The 1.69-inch LCD screen on it is curved, making it comfortable to wear and simple to read. The watch is not quite as waterproof as the Moto Watch 200, but it is IP67 rated, making it resistant to water and dust.

Users can check their health and well-being with the device’s temperature sensor and heart rate monitor. Additionally, it provides more than 100 watch face options so that users can personalize their gadgets to fit their style. The Moto Watch OS is used by the Moto Watch 70, which connects through Bluetooth 5.0 LE.

To enhance users’ experience the device contains a 355mAh battery, when actively used, can last up to 10 days. Pricing and Availability 

As the launch event is still ongoing the tech giant is yet to announce the price tag. However, going by the earlier leak on Best Buy Canada the devices are expected to be priced at around $75.
