PUBG Mobile Pro League Americas to Kick Off on June 17, 2021

PUBG’s Continental Series Season 4 is one of the biggest events that PUBG hosts each year. The tournament takes place in four regions: Americas, Asia, APAC, and Europe. A total of 64 teams from the four regions mentioned will get to take part in the event. A total of 16 teams will participate in the tournament in each region.

This tournament’s winning team will take home a whopping prize pool of $1,000,000 USD. This prize pool will be equally distributed in all regions, and each region will be subjected to prize money of $250,000 USD.

Whereas the PUBG Mobile Pro League South Asia Championship will start on June 11th, 2021, the gaming franchise has also announced the date for the Pro League Americas. The PUBG PMPL Americas will kick off on June 17th and will last until June 20th, 2021.

The 16 teams competing in the tournament include 5 teams from Brazil, another 5 from Latam, and 6 teams from North America. The qualifying teams from Brazil are Alpha7 Esports, B4 Esports, Irmaus Metralha, Influence Rage, and INTZ. The qualified teams from Latam are Team Queso, Furious Gaming, Estorm, Isurus, and Boca Juniors Gaming. Finally, Ghost Gaming, Knights, 19Esports, Passionfruit Esports, Lazarus, and the Unnamed will participate from North America.

A total of 24 matches spread across 4 days will be played starting on June 17 2021. Each day will feature a total of 6 matches at least spread across various PUBG maps. Ghost Gaming, Knights, Alpha7 ESports are some of the teams everyone should watch at the PMPL Americas. Ghost Gaming had managed to secure 100 kills from 18 matches at the PMPL North America, the most of any team.

PUBG will live stream the entire event on their official YouTube channel.
