In a bid to strengthen its commitment to developing sustainable practices. Today, the South Korean multinational electronics company, Samsung, has officially announced the expansion of its integrated global customer service system to 11,000 service centers globally.

According to the company, the new global integrated system aims at switching from the paper documentation formerly furnished to clients concerning their product repair, including carrier information and receipts, to digital documentation despatched through email and messages.

With the new global system, the firm will offer over 11,000 service centers in 180 countries around the world to present customers with an eco-conscious alternative to paper documents. Similarly, Samsung plans to scale it up withinside the destiny by additionally changing its whole-provider center`s workplace paintings files with digital files for max impact.

To achieve this new system the tech giant has upgraded its international carrier system, the Global Service Partner Network (GSPN), to allow for electronic documentation to be sent to customers about each aspect of service they receive through an interface supported by various digital communications services around the globe.

Given the development, it is expected of the company that about 6 million liters of water can be stored every year. In addition, almost 526 lots of carbon emissions can be reduced, which may be translated into the quantity of carbon absorbed through 61,000 30-year-antique pine timber in a year.
