Microsoft will hold its E3 2021 conference on June 13th, 2021. Last year the E3 2020 conference was canceled due to the onslaught of coronavirus. This year Microsoft, along with Bethesda Softworks and Bethesda Game Studio, will launch a variety of 3A games at the conference. A few sources have mentioned that at least five games from the 3A games will be launched at the upcoming conference.

Two games, Halo: Infinite and Starry Sky, will definitely launch at the E3 conference. Both the games were supposed to launch at the E3 event last year, but since the event was canceled, it is expected that both the games will finally be unveiled at this year’s E3. Both of these games will be exclusive to the Xbox, and then eventually, it will launch on the PC platform. However, whether these games will get launched on the PS5 is unclear.

Of late, Microsoft has been engaged in buying games that will be exclusive to its Xbox Series. Users do not need to buy Xbox separately if most of the games are already available on other platforms, such as PlayStation. Xbox has been buying exclusive rights to a few games to overcome this issue. Ultimately, the Xbox series S/X will ultimately compete with PS5.

Some time ago, both Microsoft and Sony launched the National Bank version of game consoles in China. The sales of PS5 overtook that of the Xbox series S/X. Whatever the reason maybe it is difficult for Microsoft to overpower Sony’s PS5. Therefore, Microsoft is focusing on the Chinese market mainly because of its large population.

However, the fact remains that most players do not look forward to console games but are mostly interested in mobile and PC games. Microsoft now needs to focus on high graphics card prices and PC performance to attract players to the Xbox platform.
